SIT’s Board of Directors identified as Managers with strategic responsibilities: (i) the Business Unit Director Heating & Ventilation Mr. Walter Albé, (ii) the Business Unit Director Smart Gas Metering Mr. Giulio Prandi, (iii) the Business Unit Director Water Metering Mr. Gianpaolo Anselmi, (iv) the Chief Financial Officer Mr. Paul Fogolin and (v) the Chief Product Officer Mr. Tomaso Valdinoci.

After graduating in Aeronautical Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Milan, Walter Albè pursued his professional career at Whirlpool in the Operations area where he held positions of increasing responsibility until he became Vice President of the Dishwashing Platform, Operations and Technologies Manager of the Food Preparations Platform. In 2010 he joined Ariston Thermo Group, first as Director BU Heating, later, as Industrial and Technology Director, and finally, as Chief Supply Chain & Operations Officer. From 2020 Walter joined Franke Group as Vice President R&D and Category Management.
Giulio Prandi, after a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic of Turin, joined the Pininfarina production area in 1991. His professional career is built mainly in companies in the Automotive sector in Operations and Quality: in 1994 he moved to Ahlstrom in Turin to take on the role of Plant Manager and in 1996 in Isringhausen Italy in Novara as Industrial Director. Since 2000 he works in Tekfor in Turin as Quality Vice President and in 2003 in Mahle in Turin as Operations Manager to start a Lean Production project. Since 2005 in Dayco, first as European Operations Director and later as Vice President of Operations. From 2015 in Olsa to Rivoli first as General Manager Olsa Poland and later as VP Process Technologies & Quality. From July 2018 in SIT as Chief Operating Officer.
Gianpaolo AnseImi graduated in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Padua, immediately joining the Quality Department of Nuovo Pignone S.p.A.. In 1988, he joined SIT Group as Marketing Manager and then entered the commercial area in 1990 at the affiliate company SIT Controls Pty in Melbourne (Australia). Returning to Italy in 1992, he became General Manager of the Italian commercial subsidiary SIT Controls S.r.l.. Subsequently he assumed, first, the position of Commercial Director of the Group and, then, the General Management of the subsidiary LN2 S.r.l. of Montecassiano (MC) from 2007 to 2011. In 2012 he returned to the Padua operational headquarters of the SIT Group with the role of Marketing and Sales Director and, in September 2018, he was appointed Chief Customer Officer of the Group. Starting from 2021 he holds the position of Managing Director of the SIT’s subsidiary Janz Contagem and Gestão de Fluídos SA (Portugal).
Paul Fogolin graduated in Business Administration at the University of Venice Cà Foscari in 1992. He began his career at the consulting firm Finaudit Ernst & Young in 1991, first in Padua and then in the Milan office, becoming partner of Ernst & Young Corporate Finance in 1999. In 2001 he joined the San Paolo IMI Banking Group, working on product development and risk management and financial planning solutions for corporate clients in the corporate segment. Since 2004 he has been responsible for the financial services of FIS – Antex, an independent company operating in administrative and personnel outsourcing services. In 2008 he joined the SIT Group as an assistant to the CFO on financial and corporate reorganization projects. He became Group Finance Director in 2008, also taking on the role of Group Management Control Manager in 2011. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer in October 2015.
Tomaso Valdinoci has a degree in Management Engineering from the Polytechnic of Turin in 1996 and a Master in Business Administration from SDA Bocconi in Milan in 1999. He began his professional career at the strategic consulting firm Bain & Company, becoming Principal & Associate Partner in 2007 and dealing with Private Equity and M&A in EMEA region for the Automotive and Industrial Goods & Services Practices sectors. In 2012 he joined CNH Industrial, as Senior Director to define the Development Strategy of the Group Divisions in EMEA region for current strategic commercial and industrial partnerships. From November 2018 in SIT with the role of Group Chief Product Officer.
